Space to slow down, think clearly, and plan properly
When things feel complex, emotionally heavy, or difficult to explain to professionals, this 90 minute session gives us the space to look at the bigger picture, not just the immediate problem.
This works as a starting session, where we begin gathering the key information, patterns, and concerns that shape your situation. With cases involving coercive control, safeguarding worries, and family court involvement, even 90 minutes is not enough to understand the full picture or provide complete guidance, but it is enough to begin assessing what is happening, identify the most urgent priorities, and understand the landscape you are navigating.
Together, we will explore your co parenting dynamic in depth, including:
patterns of behaviour that keep causing stress or confusion
safeguarding concerns that may be minimised or misunderstood by professionals
how these patterns affect your child’s emotional safety and day to day wellbeing
what you are preparing for, whether that is a court hearing, a Cafcass interview, or a challenging communication with the other parent
This session gives you room to:
talk things through without rushing
untangle complicated situations and understand what is actually going on
plan boundaries and responses that protect your energy and reduce escalation
develop language that feels confident, steady, and child focused
begin organising your concerns in a way that aligns with safeguarding frameworks and court expectations
Most parents say they leave feeling lighter, more in control, and far less alone, with a clearer sense of what is happening and what their next steps might be.
Ideal if you want meaningful progress in one sitting, or if you need a grounded, informed space to begin gathering information and assessing your situation before preparing for a court hearing, Cafcass involvement, or ongoing communication with a high conflict co parent.
