About

Your first consultation is a gentle starting point. It offers you the space to share your current situation, your challenges, and your goals in a safe and supportive environment. This is your opportunity to talk openly about what you’re experiencing and begin to explore the ways I might be able to support you.

There is no obligation to commit to further sessions. Instead, the focus is on understanding your needs and giving you clarity about whether this programme feels right for you. During the consultation, I will provide:

  • An overview of the 12-Step Single Parent Programme, including how it works and what you can expect.

  • Tailored guidance on which areas of the programme may be most relevant to your situation.

  • Information on available offerings—such as session structure, pacing, and additional therapeutic supports.

This session is designed to be both informative and reassuring. Whether you choose to continue or not, you will leave with a better understanding of the support available and some initial strategies to help you on your journey.
