About

The transition to becoming a single parent can be deeply challenging—especially while processing the effects of emotional abuse from an ex-partner, navigating child arrangements, and coping with post-separation abuse. This period can feel overwhelming, isolating, and traumatic.

To support you through this journey, I offer a 12-Step Single Parent Programme. This therapeutic programme is designed specifically for single parents and includes:

  • Grounding techniques to help you feel safe and present.

  • Support for single parent grief, acknowledging the complex emotions that come with separation and change.

  • Education on emotional abuse, focusing on its impact on both you and your child.

Each step is delivered through 50-minute guided sessions. The pace of the programme is flexible and tailored to your needs—some steps may require deeper focus, while others may move more quickly. The programme is not tied to 12 weeks; instead, you choose how many sessions to attend.

While completing more sessions increases the likelihood of experiencing the full benefits of the programme, you are free to decide how much support feels right for you.
